Types of Presentations

  • Full Presentation (30 minutes—25 minutes + 5 minutes Q & A) (Hybrid)

A traditional presentation of an in-progress or completed work, e.g., research paper, theoretical paper, innovative evaluation concepts, methodologies, or tools.  

Please note that abstracts for PPT presentations are needed for submission.  Full paper submission is optional. Papers are to be presented after the conference if authors wish to pursue publication.

  • Workshop (30 minutes—25 minutes + 5 minutes Q & A) (Hybrid)

A presentation that explores an approach, useful resource, methodology, or other area pertinent to the theme of the conference.

  • Poster Session (45 minutes) (Onsite)

Poster sessions present in progress or completed works. Presenters discuss and answer questions about their work during the session, and posters are displayed for the duration of the conference. Posters should include objective(s) of study, methodology, contributions/implications of the study, and references. Completed projects may also include a summary of results, discussion, and conclusion.  Posters may be composed of one printed full-sheet poster or a series of pasted A4 sheets. Poster stands/tables will be provided.  See conference website for poster formatting and printing suggestions.

  • Abstract Word Length and Keywords

Abstracts should not exceed 200 words.  Please also include four to six key words.

  • Author(s) Bio(s)

Bios should be between 75-100 words. Please include a bio for each author. Each bio should include author's name (family name, initials), affiliation, country,  and institutional email.

All presentations must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
